Understanding Nutrition-Related Consumer Behavior: Strategies to Promote a Lifetime of Healthy Food Choices Satellite Symposium
The purpose of this symposium is to highlight the state of science and identify key research opportunities related to the determinants of healthy food choices and nutrition-related purchasing behaviors. The emphasis will be on areas of research that could significantly benefit from US-EU partnerships between academia, government and the food and beverage industry.
Conducted under the auspices of the EU-US Task Force on Biotechnology Research, this symposium is organized by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the European Commission.
