MICHELLE JEZYCKI, M.A. O.M.
Ms. Jezycki has sixteen years of experience in human resources ranging from management, education and training, classification and compensation, performance management, employee development, and organizational development, to serving as the Director of Human Resources at the United States Senate. She has served as a Senior Trainer for the Senate as well as Lead Training Consultant for multiple Institutes of the NIH and has developed and conducted training programs on management development, performance management, communication, strategic planning and others. Ms. Jezycki has demonstrated expertise in effectively communicating and relating to front line employees up through Legislators/Directors and Officers.
