Jillian Sackler, D.B.E.
Mrs. Jillian Sackler is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the AMS Foundation for the Arts, Sciences and Humanities. Mrs. Sackler is a trustee of Tufts University; the American Film Institute, the Metropolitan Opera; the Richard Tucker Foundation; the Connecticut Grant Opera; and the National Gallery of Washington, DC. She is a member of the National Board of the Smithsonian Associates; the Visiting Committee for the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery; the Visiting Committee for the Art Museums of Harvard University; and the President's Circle, National Academy of Sciences.
Mrs. Sackler has served as the Chair, Edinburgh International Festival Committee; as trustee of the Royal Academy of Art, London; as trustee of UNICEF; and as a member of the National Committee on United States-China Relations. Mrs. Sackler was awarded the Hanemann University President's Award for Contributions to the Arts in 1985.
