Dr. Neil is currently a partner at Apple Tree Partners and head of research and development at Apple Tree Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Neil has held a number of senior positions within Johnson & Johnson, Astra Merck Inc., Astra Pharmaceuticals, Astra Zeneca and Merck KGaA.

Dr. Neil is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Gastroenterology, as well as a member of the American Association of Immunologists and the Society for Clinical Trials.
